We want every client to feel confident working with VeraForge. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. $249.99 Starter promo
- Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and we have not yet started design or development work.
- 50% refund if you cancel after work has started but before the first preview is delivered.
- No refund after the first preview is delivered. You keep the work produced up to that point.
- Custom domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain is purchased on your behalf. Domains belong to you regardless of project outcome.
2. Custom projects
- Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of payment if we have not begun discovery or design work.
- Once discovery, design, or development has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but it is fully applied against work completed.
- If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for hours worked and materials purchased up to the cancellation date; any unused balance is refunded.
3. Third-party fees
Fees paid to third parties on your behalf (domain registrars, paid plugins, stock assets, payment processor fees, etc.) are non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email legal@veraforge.ca with your name, the date of payment, and a brief reason for the request. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be disputed.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
